The Meeting will take place Wed-Fri (Oct 13-15) within the normal business hours of both the East and West Coast of the Continental US. This meeting will be a hyrbid meeting where attendees can attend in person (see details below) or via Zoom during our recorded science talks, invited guest speaker presentations, and panels. In order to bridge the distance between our two audiences, Slido will be used for all Q&A sections and discussion sessions and all those participating must use the app.

The meeting will be held in person at the Alumni Hall at Vanderbilt University. The Alumni Hall is a ~10 minute walk from the primary hotel for the conference, the Hyatt House hotel. Please refer to the attached map for walking directions.

Our host, Vanderbilt University, will have a Physics Colloquium for our members to attend on Thursday, October 14th. We have attached a map below to make navigating the campus easy!
