Hotel and Travel Information

The closest hotel to UW Bothell is the Country Inn and Suites @ 9333 North Creek Parkway, Bothell WA 98011. It is less than a 10 minute walk from campus. We have arranged a block discount for rooms at $115 / night. To get this discount you can arrange for a room using one of the two options below.

Log onto https://www.countryinns.com/bothellwa, select arrival and departure dates, click on ‘more search options’ then type in the code NANOG. Call toll-free 800-456-4000, specify Bothell, WA and reference the Nanograv block for March 22-29, 2019.

The cutoff date for this discount is March 11, 2019. If anyone would like help coordinating roommates please send me an email.

Another interesting option for lodging is the McMenamins Anderson School in downtown Bothell. It is a converted middle school, with a truly PNW hipster vibe.

The easiest way to get to Bothell from afar is through Sea-Tac airport just South of Seattle. There are a number of public transportation options that can get you to Bothell from there. You should keep in mind, that depending on your arrival time at Sea-Tac, you may need to contend with our very serious traffic issues. The LINK light rail to the UW Seattle campus and the Route 372 bus from UW Seattle to UW Bothell can actually be much faster than any other options when dealing with said traffic.

We look forward to seeing you all this March!
