The meeting will take place Tuesday - Wednesday (April 15 - 16) from 12:00PM - 5:00PM EDT each day. The time block was chosen to fall within normal business hours of North America's continental timezones, where the majority of our members reside. This meeting will be fully virtual where participants can attend via Zoom to engage with our short science talks and detailed discussion panels.
Due to the nature of this meeting, attendance is limited to NANOGrav members as the bulk of the schedule will be dedicated towards discussions that are inherently internal in nature.
A detailed schedule will be posted soon.
Registration will remain open until the start of the meeting. However, if you wish to give a lightning talk, then you must register by March 31st.
Spring Busy Days (Optional)
In the spirit of carrying forward the collaborative effort that stems from our bi-annual meetings, we will be hosting a pair of Spring Busy Days on Monday, April 14th and Thursday, April 17th from 12:00PM - 5:00PM EDT. The goal of this event is to allow our members dedicated timeslots to work with their fellow collaborators on projects that stem directly from discussions had during the Spring Meeting.
