The meeting will take place Wednesday - Friday (April 22 - 24) from 12:00PM - 5:00PM EDT each day. The time block was chosen to fall within normal business hours of North America's continental time-zones, where the majority of our members reside. This meeting will be fully virtual where participants can attend via Zoom to engage with our short science talks and detailed discussion panels.
Registration will remain open until the start of the meeting. However, if you wish to give a lightning talk, then you must register by April 10th.
Spring Busy Days (Optional)
In the spirit of carrying forward the collaborative effort that stems from our bi-annual meetings, we will be hosting a Spring Busy Day on Monday, April 21st and Busy Time during the second half of Friday, April 24th. The goal of this event is to allow our members dedicated time-slots to work with their fellow collaborators on projects that stem directly from discussions had during the Spring Meeting.
